Spiral sand-washing machine:
FG , FC Series spiral sand washing machine is widely used in mining, coal, electricity, building materials and other industries, primarily for ore washing, a classification, declining, condensed, etc. Its main advantages: it is of simple structure, reliable running, Groove’s installation could be steeper, easy configuration, grit continuous discharges, if productivity and the concentration are large, cyclical load can be larger
Spiral sand-washing machine:
Spiral sand washing machine for the processing, the small particles by it's size into fine particles and micro-level, and sometimes also used for separating slimes are material dehydration.
Sunk screw sand washing machine at the lower end of the spiral blade full immersion in the pulp, rating the largest area, suitable for the processing of smaller items, separation size less than 0.15 Mm.
High Weir spiral sand washing machine at the lower end of the spiral blade parts exposed to the surface, the classification area should be smaller and spiral mixing effect can be strong, suitable for processing thicker material, or density of larger aggregates. Separation size greater than 0.15 mm.
Low Weir type spiral sand-washing machine graded area is smallest, mixing effect could be strongest, used for processing big density or share the material granularity of rough, as well as for washing.
